I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist trained to Post Graduate Degree level. I studied with the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy in conjunction with the University of West London. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sociology & Social Policy, as well as a Diploma in Applied Sciences and a Post Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education with current General Teaching Council registration.

I was intrigued by hypnotherapy and by the conscious and the subconscious aspects of how the mind can make positive changes and shed unwanted behaviours. I became interested in how this could link with the body’s natural healing processes. I focussed on the protocol called KCR. This is a new methodology which has demonstrated significant proven results. I have also studied Reiki to help me connect my therapy practice to the mind, body and soul.

My experience in Pupil Support management demonstrated that the known benefits of hypnotherapy for adults is equally effective for young people. I am also an approved registered practitioner with the Hypnotherapy in Schools Programme (HISP.)
